Food technologist specialized in the olive oil sector, she supports farms and olive mills in their journey towards quality, providing consultancy on food safety, labeling, certifications, and process optimization and management.
A professional taster of virgin olive oils with HeadPanel Leader qualification, she is a member of the professional panel of the Chamber of Commerce of Bari and collaborates with industry guides and competitions, contributing to the promotion and valorization of olive oil excellence.
In her role as a “roving mill consultant” (frantoiana randagia), she works alongside farms and olive mills throughout the entire production process, from olive selection to processing management, up to blend creation, with the aim of producing high-quality extra virgin olive oils designed to enhance identity and territory, in line with client needs and target markets.
Alongside her technical activity, she is actively involved in training, outreach, and the promotion of extra virgin olive oil. She is the creator and organizational director of the “Settimana dell’Olio” in Vieste and Panel Leader of the “Mignola d’Oro” competition, dedicated to extra virgin olive oils from the Gargano area.
She believes in a professional approach grounded in scientific rigor, hands-on experience, curiosity, and empathy.
