She completed a systematic course of study at the OLEUM International Olive Oil School in Italy, deepening her knowledge in subjects such as sensory analysis and olive oil quality assessment. She was the first Chinese representative to serve for many years as a professional judge in numerous prestigious international olive oil competitions.

Driven by a profound passion for olive oil, she does not limit herself to evaluating its flavor but is also dedicated to its creation. In recent years, she has refined pressing techniques under the guidance of Nicolangelo Marsicani, providing professional consultancy to several olive oil companies to help them produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil and achieve recognition in international competitions.

She also actively promotes exchanges between China and foreign countries in the olive oil sector. She has delivered professional training courses during major trade fairs and market promotion activities in China on behalf of the Verona Fair Group, the Puglia Region, and the Federation of Spanish Olive Oil Producers, as well as giving lectures at national olive oil industry forums.

She also shares tasting and market trends on international platforms such as the United States and Italy, fostering a deeper understanding and use of olive oil across different cultural contexts.

She has long been committed to international trade and the large-scale promotion of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. She works tirelessly to integrate olive oil into diverse food systems, supporting its transformation from an “imported product” into an “everyday choice” for ordinary consumers.
