Olive grower and professional taster, he has perfected the art of tasting with the Oleum professional association since 2014. He gained his first experiences as a judge in the Sirena D'oro competition in Sorrento.

From there in the years to come he participated in many other national and international awards, including: Sirena D'oro, ExtraCampagna, ExtraGargano, EvoIooc, Mignola D'oro, Lodo up to the most recent Olio Delle Sirene. The close contact with the Master and precursor in the world of tasting, Gaetano Avallone, allowed him to develop a strong critical sense in the sensorial analysis of oils.

Subsequently, with the guidance of Nicolangelo Marsicani, he used this experience for the production of oils in order to determine their quality and modulate their organoleptic profile during the transformation production process. With this synergy he participates in the creation of labels for very high quality oils, working alongside Nicolangelo in his Frantoio in Sicilì di Morigerati and achieving numerous awards in the most important awards in the sector.

The consultancy activity for the creation of high-profile oils does not stop in Sicilì but soon extends throughout the Italian territory. More recently with Nicolangelo Marsicani he landed in Brazil to follow a new olive growing reality in the southern hemisphere, the Sabià company.
