Producer and Professional Taster of virgin olive oils, trained and perfected by Gaetano Avallone, he continues his tasting career at Oleum, where he is a member of the professional tasting panel for virgin olive oils. In addition to producing his own premium organic and single-variety oils, he participates in the creation of oils for numerous producers, creating distinctive profiles with a bold, aromatic character. A trainer in numerous tasting courses, he also educates on extra virgin olive oil.
