Emanuel de Costa
Emanuel de Costa, the son of farmers, began farming at a young age, close to his family in the town of Serafina Corrêa. He studied agricultural sciences during his primary and secondary education, later earning a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). His involvement in olive growing began in 2016. In 2023, he met Nicolangelo Marsicani and, together with the technical staff of the Azeite Sabiá company, began exchanging experiences and training on the olive oil extraction method, becoming increasingly passionate about the methodology and the collective results achieved year after year.
