The Company
Founded in 1890 in the heart of the Gargano National Park, Oliveto Medina is now run by brothers Gianluigi, Donato and Mariano Medina. The centuries-old olive trees are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, in full respect of the land and of time.

From these trees comes Linfa d'Oro, our extra virgin olive oil: a product that tells the story of the Gargano in every drop.

Who We Are
Three brothers, one land, a story that has continued for over a century. Gianluigi, Donato and Mariano Medina grew up among the olive trees of the Gargano and made them their life. Each contributes in his own way: from field care to production, all the way to communication. Gianluigi, in particular, is the most visible face of the company: on social media he shares, with honesty and authenticity, the daily work, the seasons of the olive tree and the philosophy that guides every production choice.
