Valentina Radano - Azienda Agricola Massimo Radano

The Massimo Radano Agricultural Estate traces its roots back to 1860, in the heart of Stella Cilento, within the evocative Cilento National Park.

Let me introduce myself: I am Valentina Radano. Olio Valentina was born as an expression of my story, of my personal and professional journey in the world of olive oil—a path shaped by passion, awareness and continuous discovery. I remember vividly the day I chose to truly believe in this project. From the moment I joined the company, my father placed his full trust in me, giving me the freedom to express myself. To him goes my deepest gratitude, for allowing me to build my own path while following my own vision. My bond with olive oil has distant origins: one could say I grew up among olive trees. Since childhood, olive oil has sparked in me a genuine curiosity—one that never faded and gradually transformed into a vocation. When I decided to make it my profession, everything took on a new meaning.
I began studying, spending time in the fields and in the mill, observing and understanding every phase of the process. Meeting Nicolangelo marked a decisive turning point: he introduced me to the world of tasting, giving me the tools to interpret and enhance each oil with awareness.

I deeply believe in the beauty of oils—those capable of expressing, through their nuances, the beauty of every healthy drupe from which they originate. I believe that olive oil is not born solely in the mill, but takes shape months earlier, among the rows, in the field. And yet, it is always fascinating to discover how it can evolve even through the slightest variations in processing: increasing or decreasing the crusher’s speed, a few minutes more or less in the malaxer—details which, when harmonized with the fruit, give life to unique expressions.

Olio Valentina is the result of an intertwining of experiences, passions and tastings. Valentina is an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil that embodies beauty, awareness, pride and a constant desire for growth.
