Profile

Agricola Fratelli Spina

Our company is located in Vieste, on a plain that stretches toward the evocative Umbra Forest, within the Gargano National Park. Agricola Fratelli Spina extends across approximately 25 hectares of olive groves, cultivated with care and in full respect of nature.

For generations, we have overseen every stage of production. In recent years, our path of research and experimentation has led us to complement Ogliarola Garganica with other cultivars, selected to best express the qualitative profile of our oils.

The main cultivars — Ogliarola Garganica, Coratina and Itrana — are harvested at the optimal stage of ripeness and milled just a few hours after picking. Our oils are produced exclusively from our own olive groves.
