marcorizzo is a modern farm in the Cilento area, with its own frantoio where state-of-the-art technology is used to produce organic extra virgin olive oil of unique freshness and organoleptic quality. From the beginning, the farm has focused on the recovery of ancient olive groves and their little-known autochthonous varieties: Nostrale, Rontondella, Itrana and Carpellese. The study and research of unexplored sensorial characteristics has led them to discover the richness and complexity of lesser known flavours and aromatic essences. The company also specialises in providing consultancy services to other growers in both national and international production markets. It is the firm belief and commitment of the company to offer a fresh, high quality product that is equally accessible, with the utmost respect for the consumer, the workers, the animals and the land. The range includes two blends and two single varieties, which are among the best extra virgin olive oils in the world, as awarded by prestigious competitions and specialised publications.
